Production Area
The Company’s state of the art production and manufacturing facility was built in 2020 in Rexton, New
Brunswick, Canada.
It sits on 11 acres of industrial land providing opportunity for scale and expansion.
ECO’s facility has been described in inspection reports as being very well built, and a new modern facility with state-of the-art security and construction. This report further attributes the ECO’s operational success to the initial building and design.
The facility consists of a manufacturing and processing building and a retail building.
1. HVAC
The facility’s HVAC system was intentionally overbuilt for the current processing size to allow for future processing expansion with the number of grow rooms.
2. Technology
The entire building is monitored and controlled online by a laptop in the facility, or remotely by upper management.
3. Power Backup
There is a backup diesel generator to keep the facility operating in case of power failure.
4. Controlled Enviroment
Dedicated HVAC per each processing room, Dedicated HVAC per each processing room apability to expand. Automated irrigation. Temperature and humidity control.
5. Processing Rooms
Washing bay, Shipping & receiving, Transplant, Dry room, Trim room, Cure room, Packaging room.
